The location is great, noisy, but it's close to everything.
The rooms are cramped, the closet is very small, there's not much space.

great location, walking distance to many places, friendly and attentive staff.
The backyard view. Breakfast too expensive, so we went elsewhere. Thin walls, noisy.

It's nicely appointed place for vacations!!!
The venue is overall clean and big size, views are STUNNING, the location is comfortable and decent short walk to the Subway at 5 minutes walking and the Garment District. It has hard-working and well-trained stuff at the reception desk and good facilities. The building is extremely clean, the room is a nice size.

No complaints whatsoever, overall lovely small and stylish place.
Delightful food, exceptional service and incredible view of downtown. Very good check-in, late check-out, very amiable staff. Exceptionally nice setting, close to a shopping area with eateries and a pretty town square, the flatiron building, the fashion district and the amazing high-line and Chelsea, which is a neighborhood which was familiar to home in Chicago. Besides, excellent for visiting Chelsea. Good for one night.

Modern hotel with immensely pleasant employees who were unsure how to update the reservation on their own.

I loved how easy it was to reach Bryant Park, just a short walk away, and the High Line offered fine views just a bit further, perfect for my weekend city explorations.

The spacious room was a highlight, complete with a refrigerator and refreshing drinks. The hotel's decor was sleek and modern, contributing to a stylish atmosphere throughout. While the room was functional, the stark decor might not suit everyone's taste. Sleep was undisturbed, with minimal noise despite a fully booked hotel, except for a barking dog during a party in the courtyard. The breakfast options were decent but limited in fresh fruit selections.

The Innside features a prime location in NoMad, providing easy access to the subway and numerous dining options. The room I stayed in was modern and spacious, equipped with a Nespresso machine and excellent bathroom amenities. The staff were professional and attentive, assisting me with all of my business needs, including printing documents and setting up my meeting space.
The only downside was the notable resort fee.

Amazing experience with attentive staff!
The hotel was conveniently located near great dining and transport options. My room was cozy with a Nespresso machine, a great perk for my mornings. What stood out the most was the wonderful service from Leslie, were really nice to ensure I had everything I needed. One area for improvement would be the seating in the lobby, which could be more comfortable.

Families with kids should definitely check this out!
Had a really nice experience. The staff were pretty good. When I mentioned it was my son's birthday, they surprised us with a cake in the room. A sweet gesture, made the day more special for him!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, worth every penny.
